The chocolate cake was bangingly delicious, I enjoyed the chipotle chicken sandwich that was tantalizing for my tastes. The sprite was smooth, silky and popping in my throat.

We ate at the pizza bar and loved loved loved the Italian pizza guy! He made our night so special. He had us laughing and was paying attention to detail. I would return just for him. Other than that, drinks were slow but they were extremely busy. Food was good, service was not bad but I think they could have used a few more staff members. They were certainly trying to keep up I'll say. We had a great time. Hey6 there early before a show though!

This restaurant was the most friendly, hospitable place we have visited in Newark. The food was excellent and prompt. Service was top notch and they made accommodations for the dog as well. Will recommend it to anyone visiting the Prudential center!

American Whiskey is conveniently located right next to the Prudential Center and is a great spot to have dinner or drinks before or after a game. You can't get any closer to the entrance of the stadium than here. The pizza, surprisingly enough, was fantastic!

I was staying locally for an event at the Prudential center and ended up spending quite a bit of time here. The service food and atmosphere was awesome. Pizza is great, really recommend the meatballs, the chicken sandwich was also great. Had a nice cold forged stout that was super creamy. Highly recommend

My buddy and I picked this place because it was next door to Prudential Center. The place was packed, and there was a wait to be seated. Our host and server were fantastic. As busy as they were, they were pleasant and fast. I ordered a Margherita Pizza. It looked burnt but wasn't. It was a well tasting charred pie. More sauce than cheese is always a plus for me. I would love to come here when it's not so busy. FYI- what we didn't notice was that the establishment adds a 20% gratuity to the bill. We missed this, and our server was double tipped.

Everybody likes to trash this place but honestly couldn’t ask for more when you’re going here before a devils game or concert at prudential center. I’m not sure what people expect out of a bar/restaurant that is right next door to a stadium/arena that is of course going to be packed right before an event. The food and drinks come out super quick IF YOU GET A TABLE, especially considering how packed the place is. We were seated immediately (40 minutes before puck drop). The pizza came out in like 60 seconds, not sure how the waiter even maneuvered back and worth to the kitchen through all of those people that quick. Pizza had great flavor and came out hot. Chicken tenders and fries were kind of lacking, tiny little fries like it was the end of the bag or something and only three chicken tenders on the small side. I understand it’s the location but for the price I would like less fries and maybe one or two more chicken tenders. Pretzels were awesome but the nachos were just alright. Still would 100% recommend if your hungry or looking to pregame before an my event at prudential center.

My son suggested this place for my dad, him, and me to grab a bite and a beer before going to the Devils game, and though the Devils didn't play particularly well that night, dinner and beers before the game were fast and tasty, and it was great to watch all together as 3 generations of Brogowski men. The atmosphere here is definitely geared towards fans, with the bar a bit more of a young crowd, so we sat at a table and they got us our burgers and sandwich so quickly it made my head spin! Everything was done well, and he taught me about splitting the G on a pint of Guinness, which I've been doing naturally after learning how to properly drink a Guinness from an Irish friend many years ago. ;)

I stopped by American Whiskey in Newark this past Saturday after attending a rock concert at the Prudential Center with a friend, and it was the perfect spot to grab drinks afterward. The atmosphere was lively and fun, exactly what we needed after the show. Alex, our server, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her service truly made our experience even better. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This place was so good. The pizza was awesome - perfectly crispy crust with just the right amount of char, amazing flavorful sauce, and super fresh ingredients. You can really taste the quality. The mozzarella was fresh, and everything just worked together perfectly. On top of that, the service was outstanding. The employees were so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It made the whole experience even better.
